FAQ
A new Uptime Kuma starts without an account of yours. Once it is running, open it in your dashboard and create the administrator: you choose the email and the password, and we never store the password. To set a new one, do the same again. That also switches off two-factor authentication on the account, so set it up again afterwards.
In the EU, inside a stack that runs only your Uptime Kuma and is not shared with other customers.
Not through the panel yet: there is no import tool and no shell access to the instance. Start fresh and create your monitors again. The history of the old installation stays where it is.
Not yet. We don't currently make backups of Uptime Kuma or its data. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. It's on our roadmap.
